COVID-19 Crisis Management

Here you will find the arrangements for maintaining our contractual services.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Yesterday, the WHO declared the COVID-19 infection to be a worldwide pandemic, a situation unknown to all of us and whose effects cannot be assessed. For us, the Axians ICT Austria Group, two priorities are top priority:

First, to take all possible measures to prevent infection and spread and, secondly, to protect the health of our employees in the best possible way so that we can maintain our services at the usual level and quality you expect.

To this end, we proceed in accordance with our Business Continuity Plan. Our crisis team (management) leads and coordinates all measures. Our employees are equipped with notebooks, mobile phones and video conferencing solutions. Thus, the conditions for teleworking are given and the employees are encouraged to make use of them whenever possible. Physical customer and employee contacts are reduced to the necessary level. The on-site presence is individually coordinated with you and, if possible, carried out virtually or remotely. In order to guarantee agreed on-site services, physical visits are still possible in exceptional cases, subject to your and our guidelines. All employees are continuously informed about the recommendations for action of the WHO and the Federal Government and are instructed to follow them.

We currently have no suspected case of infection among our staff. We are taking our measures not because of the dangerous nature of the virus, but in order to contain its spread and maintain medical care in Austria.

Due to the global supply chains, delivery difficulties of infrastructure manufacturers are most likely to be expected. In any case we will inform you individually and together we will determine the further procedure. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. If necessary, we ask you to inform us about your company-specific requirements resulting from this crisis situation.
