Declaration on information obligation (privacy policy)

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website. If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Newsletter

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm the registration. You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” in the footer of the newsletter, or by sending an e-mail to backstage@axians.at with the subject “unsubscribe”. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter.

Use of data for registration and evaluation of the newsletter

As a subscriber you will receive the Axians ICT Austria Newsletter several times a year. This not only keeps you up to date on news, but also provides you with varied information about:

In order for our newsletter to be tailored to your interests and provide you with relevant information, we collect information about your individual use of the newsletter. Each recipient receives a unique ID and a user code to pass the appropriate content during personalization (for example, salutation, pre-filled registration form). We record:

  • Date and time of shipment to the recipient
  • Date and time of a click on a link, and how often on which link was clicked
  • Date, time and mail program with which the email was opened (for each recipient)
  • Content preferences (interest groups) when opening links
  • Approximately localization where the email was opened
  • Date and time of registration for the newsletter and source (manual entry or online registration)
  • Preferred mail format
